E-Learning + Online Learning

You have employees in different states, virtual employees, or a global workforce.  You have state or regulatory requirements that you just can’t buy a “canned” version of – you need a custom solution.  This is where Lucid Way can help.

We’ve worked in and for Higher Education, Non-Profits, Corporate, Government, and Small Business. Rest assured we’ll work within your budget and your organization.

What is E-Learning?
E-Learning is in short electronic learning where the learner is learning at their own pace to understand the concepts being delivered.  This can come in the form of video, a computer, a mobile device, kiosk, etc.  What it means to your business is reduced training cost, travel, and a staff that is constantly up to date and on the same page with your business goals and mission.

It could be that your business has a piece of software that your employees need learning resources they can go to for questions or to learn how to perform specific transactions.  It might be there are “tricks of the trade” that come from some of your most experienced sales staff that can’t individually train everyone.  An update or a new way of doing something has been implemented and you need to get the training out ASAP.  Whatever it is, an E-Learning solution may be right for you.

Combining the experience that Lucid Way has in higher education with our small business and corporate experience brings to you a unique approach to getting training to your employees that is engaging, convenient, and effective.

The ADDIE Process

Everything we do starts with this process.  For E-learning, we usually want to do a formal or informal needs analysis to determine the needs of the project.

After the analysis phase, we’ll start to design the application usually on a piece of paper keeping you in the process all along the way.

After everyone is happy with the design, we’ll start to develop the e-learning module or application.

Next, we’ll need to implement it into your LMS (Learning Management System) or other platform.

Does it work?  Is it effective?  We’ll find out and make revisions if necessary.
